Please keep in mind, for swimwear and underwear: once it has been removed from its packaging, worn or laundered it cannot be returned/exchanged. Only un-opened items can be exchanged or refunded.
Proof of purchase is required in the form of the original Receipt or Order Number for all return/exchange requests.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds can only be given on the original payment method used for the purchase. For example, we cannot refund PayPal if you used a credit card. No refunds beyond 60 days.
Because of health regulations undergarments that have been: removed from packaging, worn or laundered CANNOT BE RETURNED. All items must be in the original package, unopened with all tags intact.
Pro tip: If you ordered multiple items, please ONLY OPEN ONE ITEM to make sure it is the correct size for you. That way, if you find the item does not fit, the other unopened items can be exchanged and we can work with you on discounting a replacement item for the opened product.
Items that can be returned will either be refunded, exchanged, or issued a store credit or discount on a future purchase at the company’s discretion.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for paying all shipping fees to return a product. Returns shall be addressed to:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations please adhere to local rules and regulations when purchasing items. We are not responsible for any rules or regulations you may break by purchasing any of our products.
Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the weights listed in the product specifications page. Handling fee is included to cover the cost of packaging materials, supplies and labor.

Jonnies Apparel also offered items curated from wholesalers online. As we are not fulfilling these items directly, we cannot control shipping times, however we have included the cost of shipping in your items and the estimated shipping time provided by the wholesaler. These items are shipped overseas from one of our wholesalers directly to you. We have tried to select high quality products with reliable shipping via E-Packet, however this can take between 14 and 60 days. Jonnies Apparel is happy to hear your concerns and facilitate a solution if you encounter a problem with your items quality, or shipping and tracking issues, however a full refund will not be possible in most circumstances.
